EMS training (Electrical muscle stimulation)  is a modern and the most effective and at the same time safe method of personal training, which allows you to achieve spectacular effects with the shortest training time.
The training itself lasts only 20 minutes and is conducted under the supervision and care of a qualified trainer. Training takes place in a special vest equipped with electrodes, connected to a control device that generates electrical impulses, causing muscle contractions in a controlled manner.

As one of the first in Poland and in the world, we use MIHA BODYTEC II NEW I-BODY CONNECT® MEDICAL devices with a medical certificate.

During an EMS training session, the body receives 150 more muscle tensions than in the case of classic strength training, therefore 20 minutes of EMS sessions are comparable to long time spent in the gym.
